Beth Colaric Counseling

Meet Beth Colaric
LPC-MHSP(T)
Beth is a Professional Counselor under supervision at Lantern Lane Farm, where she can work with clients in a variety of settings. Clients may engage in therapy while they walk the peaceful grounds, visit the horses, engage in outdoor activities, or meet indoors in a more traditional environment, such as an office or a playroom.
Beth works with children, teens, and adults who are going through hard things and need some help managing.

Specializing in
Child-Centered Play Therapy
Young children often express emotions through play rather than words. Play Therapy allows them to process big emotions in a way that feels natural and safe. Using toys, storytelling, and creative play, children can develop emotional awareness, coping skills, and self-expression.
Expressive Art Therapy
Some emotions are easier to express through art, movement, or creative activities rather than words. Expressive Arts Therapy and Sand-Tray Therapy, allow clients to explore their emotions through activities including painting or drawing, rock painting, storytelling and more.
Person-Centered Therapy
For teens and adults, Beth takes a Person-Centered approach, where clients are supported in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and challenges at their own pace. Rather than imposing solutions, Beth walks alongside clients as they work toward personal growth and healing.
